I am full time licensed Real Estate professional, member of Realtors Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and National Association of Realtors. Seeing the trend in the Florida Real Estate market in the last few years I became an expert in Short Sales and Foreclosures working with both buyers and sellers. These transactions required a lot of experience and organizational skills that I had acquired through many of these deals. They helped me to become more efficient in REO sales and, of course, regular transactions.

My destiny brought me to America in 2004. Here I have learned English (still in the process of sharpening my English skills), got my real estate license in 2005 and, finally, joining ReMax Preferred in 2008 after some time with Keller Williams Realty. I am still absorbing the customs and culture of this country but I relized very quickly that the people, their needs, the way of building trust and mutual understanding are the same as anywhere in the world. I believe that in order to provide the best service to my customers, not only must I be well informed and educated in different areas of real estate but, also, be very attentive to their needs and desires, be honest, diligent and skilled. Specializing in residential real estate every day, I participate in a very important, life changing process of finding or selling a HOME or important decision of engaging an investment opportunity. I am doing everything possible to make these experiences as easy and clear as possible.

My home country is Russia. The place I was born is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Saint Petersburg. I graduated from The State Government Pedagogic University as a specialist in two majors: psychology and pedagogy. Two years later I graduated from The International School for Psychotherapy, Counseling and Group Leadership (“Harmony”). In the same time I worked as psychologist- consultant in the crisis phone line and psychologist in one of the municipal offices of Psychological help to children, teenagers and their parents in Saint Petersburg. These psychological skills have helped me through all my careers including managing the travel department in one of the biggest Resort and Timeshare companies in Russia and managing director of one of the most successful chains of book stores in my city (family business).

Although, my career fills most of my time, I still find some to enjoy being with my family and friends, reading or listening (thanks to technological progress!) to a book, traveling throughout the US along with Russia, China, Spain, France, Finland, and Canada, educating myself in art, music, philosophy.
